Terms of Service

You may scan only assets you own or are explicitly authorised in writing to test. Scanning third-party systems without permission can violate computer-misuse laws in Indonesia and elsewhere.

You are solely responsible for having the legal right to test the target you submit. We do not verify authorisation and we do not grant it.

VulScan Pro performs non-intrusive, black-box checks against publicly reachable services: TLS configuration, security headers, exposed files, technology fingerprints and known CVEs, DNS and email posture, and open ports where permitted.

It does not exploit vulnerabilities, bypass authentication, brute-force credentials, or alter the target.

Results are best-effort and may contain false positives or false negatives. A clean report is not a guarantee that a system is secure.

Do not use the service to scan targets you are not authorised to test, to overload or attack our infrastructure, or to resell the service as your own.

Automated access is limited. We may throttle, block or ban requests, IP ranges or accounts that abuse the service, without prior notice.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekso Software Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data or business, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which for a free service is zero.

Reports, findings and scores are generated automatically for the target you submit. You may use them for your own security work and share them with your clients.

Do not present automated findings as a formal certification, penetration test attestation, or compliance audit unless independently verified by a qualified party.

The VulScan Pro engine, interface, text and design are owned by Rekso Software Engineering. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rekso Software Engineering from claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, in particular from scanning systems without authorisation.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
